SHIPPING AND HANDLING POLICY
We utilize USPS as our primary shipping carrier. After your payment is authorized and verified, please allow 3-5 business days to process your order and ship it out if you choose Free Shipping. You will receive shipping confirmation within 5 business days from the day your order was placed.
You will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number when your order is shipped. If you do not receive your tracking information within 72 hours of purchasing, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please allow 1-2 days processing time. All orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday. Will not be processed until the following Monday.
Orders placed with free shipping can arrive between 1-7 days after shipping. Length of time will vary depending on your zip code.
If your order has been shipped and you are experiencing a delay in receiving your order, please contact USPS for further information. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that your packages will arrive on the listed date once the package is in the possession of USPS.
